Peek-a-boo will ship the products ordered with Canada Post, in expedited or Xpresspost packages, to the address indicated in the order confirmation.

- Canada post Expedited Parcel for 10$ (1-7 business days)
- Canada post Xpresspost 15$ (1-3 business days) You will also get a notification email once your order has been shipped !
You can also go in your email confirmation order, and click on " View your order" and then click on "Send me updates" !


It takes us 7-10 days to have your order prepared + shipping time that you have selected at checkout ! ( depending on the season )

If you have selected Pick up at Echo Trends, you will get an email notification when your order is ready for pick up ! If you did not received an email after 2-3 weeks, please feel free to contact me and it will be my pleasure to see where your order is ! ( please Always take a look into your spam/junk box ).


When you buy online, you cannot try or touch the products.
We understand the concerns this may cause and that you may
wish to return an item. Our policy is described below:

Shipping for an exchange is at the customer's expense,
unless we make a mistake. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the item.

We are not responsible for loss or delay in returning goods and suggest a service with insurance.
